Role : Manager
Location : Mumbai/Chennai
Succession Planning
Responsibilities :
- Create and execute succession planning for all critical roles aligned to business prerogatives and direction.
- Identification of key competencies & Traits for managerial, SME, Sales and delivery excellence and leadership profile in a BPS industry segment.
- Coordinate and enable key stakeholders to delivery of succession plan in each vertical and horizontal including enabling groups with measures of success factors.
- Build and nurture innovative Talent capability model/ framework as a competitive differentiator.
- Create an engine of leadership supply across ISU and IOU as a best practice for self sustaining leadership bench.
Accountability & Targets :
- Deployment Metrics ownership and development criteria
- Transparent performance and Talent audits
- Build alerts and proactive warning against any attrition or disengagement of individual associate identified for succession or respective critical role holder.
- Learning and development of intended talent pool.
Experience & Qualification :
- Min 10 years in an IT/ ITeS. Preferably in full service organization.
- Masters in organization behavior or Org Psychology or industrial psychology.
