Purpose:

The role is part of the Success Factors Service and Support team. In this role candidate will take part in the different activities to ensure the successful management of existing talent suite modules, implementation and related processes end-to-end. From understanding business needs, defining requirements, determining the best technical solution, and implementing the solutions in the system, such that they meet customer expectations.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Support users - Review, analyze and resolve ongoing issues via ticketing system

- Provide technical guidance to employees and/or customers

- Lead investigation and resolution efforts for critical, high impact problems and incidents

- Manage production operational activities

- Requirements Definition - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

- Full Delivery lifecycle - Design, configure, test, promote and update workbooks

- Provide impact analysis for changes including SAP releases

Experience and qualifications:

- 8 - 12 Years.

- 3+ years leading hands on SuccessFactors Talent suite configuration (PM/GM/Comp)

- Extensive configuration on all Performance forms and goal plans

- Experience in Compensation form setup and configuration

- SF Certified (PM/GM/Comp)

- Good knowledge of SF Reporting (integration center is an advantage)

- Advanced technical data analysis capabilities

Other criteria:

- Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills

- Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Self-driven, results oriented and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy and social skills.

- Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions

- Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team
