Job description:
- The Manager of Subscriptions is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the subscription based products or services. This includes developing strategies to acquire and retain subscribers, managing the subscription lifecycle, and analyzing key metrics to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new subscribers, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the subscription lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and renewals.
- Analyze key metrics, such as subscriber churn, lifetime value, and acquisition cost, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and drive subscription growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subscription management.
Skills Required:
- Experience in subscription-based business models, partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and subscription management systems.
