The Structured Finance Group enables its corporate clients to access funds through cost efficient structures. The group's strength lies in its experience and expertise in providing tailor-made solutions after thoroughly understanding the client's requirements.

To deliver these customized structures, it leverages on Bank's global presence, industry expertise, access to a diversified investor base, large underwriting capability, wide syndication/distribution network and comprehensive product suite. Strong capabilities in end-to-end solutions and timely execution have enabled Bank to become one of the leading arrangers and underwriters of structured finance transactions. The group routinely executes domestic as well as cross border deals.

The Structured Finance Group provides an array of services to its clients including:

- Acquisition finance

- Asset-backed finance

- Receivables purchase/discounting

- Subordinated debt

- High yield/convertibles / hybrid instruments

- Structured trade

- Non-recourse financing

The group is responsible as the single point for originating structured deals in collaboration with corporate banking group, project finance group and the international and domestic syndication teams followed by execution of such deals by interacting extensively with the client and the internal teams respectively.

The role:

The role involves understanding, identifying and analyzing financing requirements of clients at the outset in order to originate structured deals. The role thereafter entails detailed structuring, discussing the deal contours with the relevant business team, international/domestic syndication team and executing the transactions to meet the client's complex financing requirements (both domestic and overseas), within the purview of business and regulatory requirements.

The role offers exposure to both the domestic and overseas financing/ syndication markets. The candidate will be part of a young, highly motivated, result driven team that caters to Bank's offices /subsidiaries across India and abroad. The candidate is expected to have proven academic record, good analytical and communication skills and understanding of credit/cash flows/financial statements of corporates. The candidate is expected to interact with clients and internal teams and should be adequately confident of doing so.
