Manager - Stress Testing - Credit Risk - BFSI/BPO

Job role:

Understand global stress testing framework i.e. process (technical solution), regulatory requirements for data purposes & systems along with understanding the various regulatory, business requirements functionality documents and translate them into effective test scenarios, conduct various testing and deliver.

To Support functional testing, Stress Testing reports, regression testing, data issue investigation and outputs.

Support onshore teams in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases as required.

Desired Skill Set :

Looking for candidate having good experience in stress testing by gaining good experience in credit risk, PRA, Basel norms, regulatory reporting etc.,

Should have Conceptual understanding of regulatory guidelines namely PRA and Basel II/III specific to Credit Risk (Standardized/IRB approach). Calculation of RWA,

Exposure in roles such as Business Analyst / Tester in Banking domain / Banking projects is required - especially should have worked in Risk related projects.

Should have good experience in SQL, Excel, VBA, Macros etc.,
