Manager - Strategy & Transformation Projects

CTC : INR 50-70 Lacs TAX Free

- Minimum 8 years in premier consulting firms (Big 4 and others such as BCG, AT Kearney, Capgemini, Strategy &, Bain & Co, etc) (Must)

- Have experience in one of the following industries (direct or as consultant) - Shipping, Logistics, Transportation

Role :

- To structure, and lead various projects related to Strategy & Business Transformation - big and small. Some projects will be as big as restructuring an entire company to make it more lean and goal oriented, and some projects will be as simple as driving process excellence

- This is not process related role. 100% focus on business related projects. So if you only have experience in process excellence please do not apply.

Key Competencies :

- Strong business acumen, project management, senior stake holder engagement, interest in working with people at ground level, attention to detail, facilitate workshops, be able to manage multiple and large number of competing priorities, negotiation, convincing skills, process mapping, etc

Must Have Past Experiences :

- Project managed large to small scale projects related to Strategy & Transformation - if you have never lead and project managed transformation roles please Do not apply.

- Preference of Male candidates as it is very hard to get Visa for Females in Qatar whose husbands are already not working in Qatar.
