- Reporting to the Head Strategy & Transformation, the newly formed
- Strategy & Transformation Manager role is tasked with leading the organization through a transformational change in ways of working and skill level .Working alongside heads of Sales and Marketing, the individual will lead a cross-functional effort to take the organisation to a new level of sophistication on sales planningand execution, delivering a critical business enabler for achieving the 2030 Vision.
This is a great chance for a profile with relevant commercial experience, analytical style and entrepreneurial mindset to establish themselves in a role with significant managerial responsibility, high visibility to local and regional leadership and varied, intellectual work content.
Qualification & Experience:
- Substantial experience in Management Consulting (preferably in FMCG/beverage companies) (4 years n more) and/or Sales/commercial experience in the consumer goods sector coupled with project-based work on route-to market/sales excellence
- Bias towards a fact-based, analytical approach
