Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our competitive positioning across the construction and cement sectors.

- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and objectives. Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the construction and cement industries.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for business expansion and differentiation.

- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A activities. Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and drive sustainable growth.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Monitor industry benchmarks and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Risk Management: Assess strategic risks and uncertainties that may impact business performance. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests and ensure long-term viability.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, investors, and industry partners. Present strategic recommendations and updates to key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.

- Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the strategy team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor team members and support their professional development and growth.

Profile: Experience: Minimum 2 years in a strategy role in a top-notch Consulting firm OR inhouse consulting

Education: MBA from top tier institute only
