Role: Manager - Strategy & Special Projects, COO Office.
Reporting To: COO

Role Objective :
- Work with and reporting to COO office. Partner with respective business heads on three core areas: Strategy, Consulting and Business Management in order to achieve strategic objectives.
- Developing and working on developing plans, do performance analysis, liaison with business heads and cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, developing business forecasts and tracking market trends, working
Role Details:
- Assist & coordinate the strategic planning exercise
- To monitor tasks delegated by COO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Co-ordination Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
Shape the business strategy through :
- Liaising with business, product & technical, analytics and other function teams to proactively identify, develop & drive strategies & initiatives
- Tracking industry trends & developing insights to drive differentiation. Conducting benchmarking studies with respect to competitors and international best practices
- Planning, organizing, & supporting primary research by working closely with internal teams and/ or external vendors
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate executive decision support
- Program-manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessment
- Drive implementation of key initiatives encompassing growth, profitability, customer connect and organization development.
- Manage key relationships with consultants, knowledge and analytics partners
- Develop board and investor presentations
- External & Internal interface on behalf of company leadership team.
Required :
- B.E& MBA (Finance /Marketing/IT ) (from Reputed Institutes) with 4-8 yrs experience in the relevant domain from Tier 1 / 2 Institute.
- Multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.
- Abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; Financial data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
- Strong on analysis of Financials and business metrics
- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis
- Experience in big IT or strategic consulting firms preferred but not mandatory.
- Operational depth also required - will need to work with different teams/businesses
- Strong willingness to learn and explore
