Responsibilities:
Structured Problem Solving and Business Assessment
- Develop appropriate research/analysis plan given initial hypotheses, trade-offs, and available information
- Guide research efforts, recognizing when to apply inference, creativity, and experience
- Design surveys, prepare and conduct interviews, facilitate group meetings and focus groups.
Effective Communication
- Create a compelling message- develop storyline (main message and supporting argument)
- Guide page layouts and graphics to best present message
- Deliver oral communications with clarity, confidence and enthusiasm- effectively present insights and advocate a point of view
Value Analysis and Insight Development
- Lead team in structuring and developing valuation models and value analysis
- Construct overall business case logic and demonstrate understanding of financial issues
Strategy Development
- Develop strategies and operating models focused on one or two business units
- Define criteria to evaluate appropriateness of options to the client situation
- Assess likely competitive responses to potential strategies and operating models
- Assess implementation readiness and points of greatest impact
Client Relationship Development and Management
