Manager - Strategy & Planning

Job Description

- Formulate Mid-to-long term strategy in the company

- Identify key drivers in the performance of the company and provide logical solutions for the effective management decision

Requirements

- 8-10 Yrs of work experience in Consulting/Management Consulting (MBA regular, 1 yr weightage)

- Strong problem solving and communication skills

- MBA in Operations from Tier I institutes from India(with International exposure) or General MBA from a global Business School

- Preferred exposure to ERP systems

- PMI(Post Merger and Integration) experience preferred

- Qualitatively- Open mindedness, motivated, teamwork orientation
