EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Business development & client delivery experience in Strategy & Operations [mandatory] focused on Industrial markets(Cement, Construction Products, Construction Equipment, Fabrications, Building Materials, Ducts, Pipes, Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Metals & Mining).

- Experience in leading and managing Strategy projects with some experience in operations & business transformation projects in a consulting role.

- Experience of advising family-owned businesses, & Indian conglomerates on market entry, growth diversification strategy, business performance improvement, customer strategy, channel strategy and other strategic areas

- Experience in conducting the market assessment, landscape analysis, strategy synthesis, competitive analysis, developing business plans & financial models.

- The individual should have worked & interacted with CXO suite independently to convert and deliver projects.

QUALIFICATION

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - Only Premier Business Schools ( IIM's, XLRI, FMS, MDI, SP Jain)

- 7-10 years of strategy consulting experience with big 4 / or premier strategy consulting firms.

- Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments and in high performing teams.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stake holders
