Manager - Strategy & Operations - Consulting Firm

About the role - We are looking for a strong, independent and innovative thinker in the Sourcing and Operations Org. You will be working directly with the org leaders to own business-critical problems. Your responsibilities will include identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation in different types of projects. These projects are mostly strategic and long term in nature for the company, and they could be of different types. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven experience as a Strategy & Operations Manager between 2 to 5 years

- Thorough understanding of Operations management and people management

- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Looking for candidates from Consulting Companies (BCG, Bain, Mckinsey & AT Kearney)
