Manager Strategy and New initiatives
1. New Product/Initiatives :
- Work closely with management teams on strategic projects, undertake research and provide qualitative & quantitative analysis for recommendations
- Identify new Markets, Products, build a business case, work with the product team to build a POC, identify potential customers and help the sales team to pitch to these customers - in short - Deliver projects related to corporate strategy or new initiatives - from conceptualization to successful implementation.
2. New Partner identification & development : Identify new partners who can help expand the use cases that cater to and also drive revenue.
3. International Expansion : Identify potential markets for geographic expansion, conduct a market study including perspectives of the regulatory environment, competitor landscape, and potential customer landscape and make recommendations on which product of Karza would be the best fit for the market.
4. Implementation and Monitoring : Assist in designing & content for company collaterals for potential clients, partnerships, and more Manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments.
Key Skills : Research + Competitor Analysis (Both Domestic & International) + Gap Analysis + New Product Development Ideation & Strategy.
Background : Investment Banking / Fintech Startups / Consulting Firms.
