CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide intellectual leadership to the team to ensure the highest quality analytic and conceptual output
- Take responsibility of working in a client facing role, understand client needs, build strong client relationships and adapt to case expectations
- Handling a workstream while working in parallel or within existing India Consulting teams on live consulting cases; Assignments are often intellectually demanding and highly deadline driven
- End to end project delivery - provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team's research and analysis on cases across industries
- Clearly allocate the responsibilities among case team members, balancing the fulfillment of case team goals with the professional growth of individuals
- Able to quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and analysis across all industries by identifying and employing relevant resources and tools; Triangulate results from variety of sources while applying sound reality checks on the results
- Liaise efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Design and execute in-depth discussions/interviews with the client teams, client's customers, competitors, suppliers and employers, expert interviews etc. to generate insights
- Communicate data, knowledge and clearly explain insights, implications to case and client-teams
- Assist on Office Management roles (e.g. recruiting, marketing, training, appraisals, etc.)
Requirements:
- Candidates should be post-graduate/ MBA from top-tier colleges with strong academic records and minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Possess excellent analytic skills, communication skills, team player skills with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure work environment
- Demonstrated interest in related fields through internships, coursework or extracurricular activities
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting; Ability to effectively supervise/manage team members
- Ability to exercise business judgment, to communicate persuasive conclusions and insights, and to build client relationships
- Ability to project poise, confidence and maturity in both internal and external situations
- A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
- Proficient in the English language to communicate effectively both in writing and speech in a professional environment
- Should possess strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience in similar analytical roles may be an added advantage.
