Job Description :

- Lead/Contribute to new business venture projects - Strategy, M&A, Planning and Performance Improvement

- In-depth study of quarterly business presentations covering 'Performance details' 'Strategic development' & 'Capex'

- To prepare Observations relating to performance deviation and critical business development & strategic initiative aspects

- Organise Review Meeting with the Businesses

- Prepare Draft Review Note

- Lock-in issues for follow-up in next review

- Develop format for new initiatives to be introduced in reviews as per need

Desired Skills/Experience/Competencies :

1. Preferably CA / MBA Finance from Tier 1 college

2. Experience in Management Consulting/ Strategy Consulting / Business Strategy

3. Provide support to Business Head's office in critical review and analysis for following meetings
