Manager - Strategy - Insurance

- The organization is looking for Manager/ Sr. Manager for their central strategy function.

Job Summary :

The candidate would be responsible for managing Performance Management System (PMS) for Agency Partners. This role is crucial for growing variable agency model.

The candidate would be responsible for driving incentive earning & promotions of Agency Partners and segment them into cohorts to customize engagement programs.

- The candidate would have to identify gaps in the current Digital & IT infrastructure related to Agency Partners and initiate and driving projects to close those gaps.

- This role would involve regular interactions with Sales teams to understand the challenges faced by them and come up with solutions.

- This role would require collaboration with stakeholder from other functions like Sales, HR, Accounts, Licensing, IT etc.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Interact with sales teams regularly to understand challenges and opportunity areas, and come up with solutions.

- Digital Strategy implantation and utilization.

- Managing Projects pertaining to Expansion, Restructuring & Other Initiatives.

- Coordinate with other functional stakeholders to execute monthly & annual initiatives

- Interact with sales teams regularly to understand challenges and opportunity areas, and come up with solutions.

- Lead digital projects from business side to simplify hierarchy structure management in variable agency.

Education & Experience - Minimum 1 year of work experience in Agency Strategy, preferably in Variable Agency.
