Manager - Strategy & General Management - Life Sciences & Healthcare - IIM/XLRI/ISB/FMS

As a Manager/Senior Manager you will be responsible for working with a team of strategy professionals to manage delivery of modules, including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client specifically for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. Target and quantify the value of an operations transformation opportunity, work on creating a point of view that can be presented to the C-suite and drive targeted improvement.

Key responsibilities

1. Project Delivery: The candidate will be required to work with senior strategy professionals

2. Define project scope and deliverables, Manage delivery and project economics and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team.

3. Business Development: In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to Identify and work on business development opportunities, lead or be part of client site visits and presentations and lead or support the preparation of proposal documents

4. Domain Development: One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies, Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of - point-of-views- on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders

Must be a Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institutes - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, Nitie, JBIMS with 6-10 years strategic consulting experience with a top consulting firm. Candidates with strategic consulting experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. The individual should have a deep understanding of the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry in India - overall industry dynamics, issues, typical challenges faced by clients and an appreciation of operational aspects of the sector
