Job Purpose

Strategy formulation, strategy deployment and business performance improvement for the Financial Services Sector

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop Strategic Landscape

- Develop Company Balance Scorecard and Business Performance Parameters, monitor them on monthly basis and prepare management reports

- Work on Business Performance Improvement projects

- Drive Incubation/ New Initiative in the sector

- Build partnerships for bringing innovation & business performance improvement

List of internal and external stakeholders the role is expected to interact with to execute duties effectively

Internal All BU /Dept. HDs, CXOs, CFTs etc.

External partners/consultants as and when reqd.
