Manager - Strategy/Executive Assistant to the CEO of an MNC organization in Bangalore

Our client is a leading MNC European JV in the manufacture and marketing of consumer products with a Pan-India presence. They have ambitious expansion plans.

Our client seeks a highly accomplished Business Analyst / Strategy Manager / Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Will:

- Prepare a roadmap for its operations, core activities, and revenue models.

- Analyze reports and performance; summarize and identify actionable

- Coordinate with functions; track performance; oversee speedy execution of business plans & projects, optimize processes; and resolve problem areas.

- Create documents and presentations while understanding Corporate Strategy and planning, Business Development, Cost reduction and Process Improvement, Business and financial Modelling, and Business Consulting.

- Carry out feasibility studies and market & industry research

- Develop product offerings to drive key business metrics for the company.

- Prepare marketing collaterals.

- Liaise with key stakeholders like industry bodies and government bodies.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA with 2-5 years of experience either as a Consultant in business advisory practice or as a Manager in the Corporate Strategy unit at a company of repute or working as an Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO.

- Must be strong in business & financial analysis.
