Job Role
Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify new business opportunities.
Lead Corporate Development initiatives.
Lead Inorganic growth strategic initiatives.
Identify acquisition targets in line with Strategy Plan.
Evaluate acquisition opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Create a deal pipeline and evaluate M&A opportunities that relate to ongoing customer experience and management priorities.
Evaluate proposals and present to management team.
Lead x negotiations with external and internal parties, including the review of deal documentation.
Develop post-merger and integration plan.
Work with business units for implementing integration Managerial Responsibilities.
Manage cross-functional internal and external teams.
Support business unit teams to meet key performance indicators and executing critical strategic projects.
Extensive experience in strategic planning and structuring deal.
Transactions, negotiation, opportunity identification and valuation.
Possesses high energy levels, be an excellent communicator, employ first rate negotiation, IT and digital skills and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Strong understanding of industry and financial markets.
Self-starter that is able to work independently and with a high degree of accountability.
