Manager - Strategy - CEO's Office - Publishing House

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to work closely with the CEO's office at one of the Top Global Publishing Houses. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.

The Strategy Manager will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop comprehensive strategic plans. Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and internal assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Business Analysis: Provide insightful analysis on business performance and industry trends. Develop models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, build consensus, and drive strategic initiatives. Communicate complex strategies in a clear and actionable manner.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against strategic goals. Provide regular updates to the CEO and senior leadership on the status of strategic initiatives.

- Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and innovations. Develop business cases and strategic proposals for new initiatives.

- Executive Support: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and other strategic communications. Develop high-quality materials and reports for executive-level discussions.

Experience and Qualification Required:

- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting. Experience working in a corporate strategy role within a large organization is highly desirable.
