Required Education Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 Institute / CA - 1st attempt with 1-2 years of relevant experience

This team plays a key role in corporate planning, management reporting, monitoring of regulatory norms, regulatory reporting and ensuring strategic consistency across the group companies.

The Primary role of the team is :

- Investor and analyst relations, management of the Bank's domestic and international credit ratings, capital raising, research and analysis on the financial sector and the economy, management of strategic investments, monitoring the performance of group companies and evaluating various strategic options for the Bank and the Group companies, including mergers, acquisitions & divestment

- The group also supports the top management with respect to interaction with policy makers and participation in various forums.

Other Key activities are :

- Preparation of Segment Profit & Loss & monthly note.

- NPA analysis - reporting gross net NPA at segment level, finding out credit losses for all systems.

- Preparation of product budget and keeping close track of actual v/s budgeted. Discussing the variation of actual v/s budgeted on monthly basis with Business.

- Working on the opex efficiency measures.

- Analysis of RBI circulars and identifying the implication on business.
