Manager - Strategy & Analytics - Logistics Firm

- Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business initiatives and other strategic efforts.

- Provide thought leadership and nurture long-term partnership with the business to help formulate investment and acquisition strategy that is aligned with overall business strategy.

- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, intermediaries, and executives to stay informed of early and growth companies.

- Own and independently drive all aspects of projects - growth strategies, venture investments, acquisition thesis formulation.

- Scope and structure strategic projects and initiatives

- Develop strong understanding of businesses and perform rigorous strategic analyses and manage deliverables/projects.

- Work with relevant business and functional teams on Corporate Development/M&A activity, including due diligence
