JOB ROLE:

- Have an opening for strategy analyst in a financial broking house with one to two years of experience of similar profile.

Key requirements are below:

- Analyze and evaluate plans and initiatives to enable strategic recommendations.

- Should have strong problem-solving skills.

- Analyze cost, revenue, and service impact of decisions being taken.

- Analyze ad hoc data sets based on requirements, create summarized reports and dashboards wherever necessary.

- Identify gaps in processes, determine solutions, and approach to solve the same.

- Assist in project tracking and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

- Assist management with research and analysis on business and make crisp, summarized presentations for the management.

- Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including senior leaders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines are met.

- Conduct market and company assessment studies independently.

- We strictly need smart candidates with a one-month notice period or immediate joiners.

- Broking firm candidates preferred.

- MBA/CA - Mandatory
