Position Title: Strategic Relationship Manager

Job Description :

- An ezjobs Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for the hunting, growth, and profitability of the company's strategic accounts, working with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the products and services in use are in alignment with the customer's goals and desired outcomes.

- The Strategic Relationship Manager leads and owns the outcome of creating and delivering the highest level of customer experience through exemplification of eZjobs values, while building deep relationships that feel as if they are an extension of their customers internal teams. In doing so you will be accountable for achieving goals related to maintaining current revenue, increasing portfolio margins, and hitting net new recurring revenue growth.

- Your portfolio will require a proactive, high energy, and driven leader with experience in creating and executing complex sales strategies and tactics, working through and with others in the company that provide the day-to-day management and account support, as well as develop and lead new sales campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

- You will have a proven track record and ability to farm AND hunt, preferably in portfolios valued over 1M in revenue annually across multiple customers.

- Verifiable track record in growing portfolio over seven figures in net new revenue within a year.

- Ability to travel quarterly for onsite customer corporate visits across your portfolio.

- Unique ability to think big picture while executing tactically with results.

- 5+ years' experience in similar roles, managing strategic/national accounts in b2b capacity.

- 10+ years' experience in account management and/or strategic sales in b2b, B2Community capacity.

- Must be an MBS from the institute of reputation, with proven academic record

- Must have experience in Saas Platforms such as nuakri, APNA, Monster etc
