- Quick understanding of issues and ability to understand the flexible needs of stakeholders
- Expert-level English communication skills (reading and writing) with the ability to summarize complex concepts into clear, concise language appropriate for senior stakeholders without the requirement of a further review by seniors
- Experience with handling team issues and providing appropriate solutions to maintain high team morale
- Ability to manage large amounts of data and adept at the creation of senior executive presentations
- Advanced level MS Excel and Powerpoint knowledge will be essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong commitment to quality and a self-motivated learning ability
- Consistent client-focused with an eye for detail;ability to handle potential conflicts and manage any potential risks

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support and manage strategic, complex and adhoc projects
- Supervise a small team who can be rapidly assigned to ad hoc projects at RM Executive or Regions
- Manage Support team and be the point of contact for Mercury as well as PACE teams
- Manage the Service Approval process including managing the mailbox, assigning requests to the RM reviewers and be responsible for moving the proposed service through the service approval lifecycle till publication.
- Technically upskill to start reviewing the service templates submitted as part of the Service Approval process
- Manage the Service Approval Support SharePoint siteas well as pipeline report
