Manager - Strategic Procurement - FMCG - NITIE/SPJIMR

We are looking for a Female Talent as Manager - Strategic Procurement for an FMCG Major based at Bangalore.

A Female, with a Post Grad in IE/IM or Ops. from NITIE/SPJIMR with 8-10 years of work exp. in an FMCG/Liquor / Big Consulting Firm, managed procurement Service Delivery role. We are looking for candidates with experience in Direct Procurement; analytics and process improvement through digital transformation will be an added advantage.

The KRA's :-

- Design & Drive implementation of projects related to new processes implementation or IT changes/developments that will cater to the requirements of the global portfolio organization

- Design and drive change management activities related to the above-mentioned initiative with a global scope

- Ensure the systems in use are fit for business needs, design changes to improve the fit

- Lead and coordinate the external service provider teams to execute business processes.

- Manage relationships with the external service providers commercially and service-wise. Ensure the efficiency is retained or improved throughout the lifecycle.

- Efficient, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders. Channel ad-hoc information requests that can come across to the business to find the best answer possible.

- Define future-proof measures for Procurement to drive efficiencies

- Enable fact-based decision making with rigorous analytics

- Support the Procurement organization in meeting goals and objectives

- Strong problem solving with high emphasis on long-term business continuity

- High motivation to overcome overall business stress on change

- Drive & steer cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities

- Drive the simplification and streamlining agenda for the global process of contract lifecycle management and related system.
