Job Title : Strategic Planning Lead (Manager)

Department : Corporate

Facility : Pune

Reports To : CEO

Total Experience : Total work experience 8-10 years. At least 3-5 years in an Ops Leadership Role in a Competing BPO organization.

Min. Qualification : Post-Graduation in Management in one of the following disciplines- Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, Strategy and General Management or Statistics and Decision Analysis.

Skill, Personal qualities & behavioral traits

- Excellent Networking Skills

- Deep understanding of BFSI BPO market. 8-10 years in Banking, Title, Mortgage Industries

- Should have lead operations, involved in developing solutions, RFI Support / Involved in Transitions from customer locations, should have traveled to customer site

- Knowledge of Market & Competitor Analysis

- Ability to convert ideas into collaterals with minimal support - Skilled in preparing word document, PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports

- Strategic Project Planning and Management

- Financial Planning - Through understanding of org level financial matrices

- Ability to manage & drive multiple conflicting priorities and multi-task

- Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion

- Stakeholder Influencing and Management - Must possess the ability to comfortably interact with senior levels of management

- Must have an eye for detail

- Must be a self-starter and should be able to anticipate the needs of the management

- Must have a pleasant personality

- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
