Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive the company's growth and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives with corporate goals.
2. Annual Operation Plan/Budgeting:
- Lead the preparation and review of the annual operation plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting financial performance and monitoring budget adherence.
- Analyze financial performance and operational efficiency to recommend improvements.
3. Preparation of Business Plan(s):
- Create comprehensive business plans for new projects, products, or business ventures.
- Define business objectives, strategies, and financial projections to support decision-making and secure investment.
- Regularly update business plans to reflect changing market conditions and organizational priorities.
4. Financial Modelling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions, including valuation, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving strategic goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial models and reports.
5. Business Partnerships/Business Development/Marketing Strategy:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities to enhance the company's market position and growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry leaders.
Specifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B. Tech) and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable business school.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of providing technical and strategic support to the CEO's office.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans, financial modelling, and managing business partnerships.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities, with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and achieving results.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, as well as advanced knowledge of business development and marketing strategies.
