Detailed Job Description :

- The candidate will be required to spearhead sales enablement and strategic initiatives for the organization

- Research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to proactively build capabilities

- Benchmarking, process analysis, communication, change management, and strategy development and deployment for performance & operational efficiency matrices for the organization vis-a-vis industry & global standards

- Independently design, implement, track and monitor business & underline performance matrices via project planning, execution, and delivery
