As the Manager Strategic Initiative, you will be responsible for working independently and confidently with Director and Senior Leadership to assure Director preparations for meetings, presentations or other internal and external engagements.
What you will do:
- Independently handling communication for both internal and external customers
- Preparing presentations, reports and various other documents for supporting in marketing and strategic planning activities. Proficient in making a meaningful inference from the executive summary of MIS, reports
- Very comfortable with numbers and data
Administrative:
- Communication {calls, emails, MOM, post etc.}
- Maintaining personal and business files
- Corporate record keeping for multiple entities
- Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the director, staff, business partners, plants and customers
- Managing the smooth function of the Directors office
What you need to have:
- Exceptionally good in English communication both written and oral
- Highly professional in conduct and ethics
- Respect for internal and external employees/customers
- Willing to stretch working hours as per the business requirement
- Comfortable with writing to various government departments
- Prepare project, budget and business plan
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
