Manager - Strategic Business Finance - Manufacturing Industry - CA

Business Finance Manager with 3-4 years of PQ experience

Education : MBA in Finance or a qualified CA (either is a MUST have)

Industry : Manufacturing (Must have)

Location : Norwich, United Kingdom

Responsibilities :

- Implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the UK operations

- Analyze financial data, market trends, and business performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations

- Assist finance team in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for the UK operations in alignment with corporate objectives

- Monitor and evaluate financial KPIs and performance metrics to drive decision-making and optimize financial performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives and drive efficiency improvements

- Manage financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis, cost optimization, and risk management

- Financial modeling and scenario planning to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management for effective decision-making

- Participate in strategic business planning, investment decisions for the UK market

- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting the UK operations

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification

- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis in a multinational company

- Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Will relocate to UK on a Bachelor's status.
