Understand needs and requirements of our customers along all dimensions - business and personal as a prerequisite to identifying the partnerships
Identify, prioritize and develop potential partners, to be leveraged in several aspects of business growth like acquisition, customer benefits program, brand building etc
Identify the important value drivers and key risks, ensuring those involved do not lose focus on strategic aspects, and leading efforts to mitigate risks and accelerate value creation
Build and manage relationships with partners on an ongoing basis, including regular communications and follow-up
Provide operational and execution support for the vision and strategy for alliances
Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure deep utilisation of partnership and successful execution of partnership
