Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Plays a key influencer role in developing medico marketing plans for relevant business unit supporting the marketing manager/ business heads to utilize strategic growth levers based on situation analysis.

- Develop strong above the curve medico-marketing programs / customer programs based on brand plan to ensure sustainable growth of business

- Drive innovative programs and use of new media for the different business to create differentiation at the marketplace

Core Job Responsibilities:

- Design and plan execution parameters for successful implementation of program.

- Drive KOL Connect program at both HO and Field level with differentiated inputs/ touch points across therapy areas with identified stakeholders.

- Drive/ support to develop society and institutional relationships for both medical affairs and business team

- Lead scientific representation in top national/ international conferences.

- On demand support for medical affairs team for strategic initiatives.

Key Competency Requirement:

- Good understanding of pharma market, trends and ability to drive marketing actions based on data.

- Strong marketing and brand building skills.

- Background of driving high quality medico-marketing initiatives highly preferable.

- Ability to collaborate with commercial, cross functional teams and build strong campaigns that results in building reputation / image to drive business on a science based platform.

Set Vision and Strategy :

- Ability to think big for the portfolio and understand the developments of markets /therapies and propose strategic direction accordingly.

Education & Experience:

Education:

- MBBS/ Pharmacy graduate / Science graduate

- MBA from reputed institute Experience

- At least 4- 5 years of experience in Consulting/ Pharma industry with experience in handling focus brands/ scientific corporate projects at strategic level
