To Effectively Engage with the Existing Customer and Augment the Existing Customer Base, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Accounts Manager who would Head the Sales Function on a Pan-India basis.
This would report to the Technology Director and the CEO
Broad Responsibilities :
- Engage with existing Customers and related stakeholders at the Customer's Organization to influence enhancing the Wallet-Share of Business with existing customers
- Provide Sales Leadership and develop the Sales Organization as an effective and efficient Revenue Generating Mechanism
- Effectively Partner with Internal Teams in Development, Support, Operations to ensure seamless interface with Customer Organizations
- Work closely with Novire's Top Management on Sales Objectives and Develop Product Sales Strategies
- Engage with User Teams at the Customer Organizations and seek inputs through formal and in-formal channels on functioning of Product Features and changing Customer Needs
- Monitor Competitor Activities and possible disruptive methods adopted by Customers to address their Business challenges
- Sales Reporting and Setting goals and objectives for Team Members
- Team Development and Management
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably with a MBA from a top Tier Institution
- Around 10 to 12 years - experience in Consultative Selling of large complex Solutions. Selling of Analytics Products / ERP / CRM Products / Supply Chain Solutions would be preferred
- Proven capabilities in engaging with C-Level decision-makers in Customer Organizations
- Consulting / Support Experience of Analytics / Supply Chain Products could prove to be critical differentiators in the selection process
- A good eye for detail is necessary, along with the ability to maintain that attention to detail under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in oral and written form
- Team player - maintain close working relationships with all other employees of the business to assist in the facilitation of projects.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
