Drive Financial Performance :
- Drives overall financial performance of the region by preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial reports
- Ceating and administering capital, Sales, Margins and expense budgets;
- Ensuring membership and buying member expansion;
- Determining trends and areas of opportunity;
- Identifying and executing cost control best practices; and resolving budgetary issues.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
- Delivers effective execution for the region by driving operational excellence;
- Holding the store management team accountable;
- Initiating and leading company change efforts to maximize desired results;
- Conducting competitor assessments;
- Monitoring the effectiveness and implementation of continuous improvement programs; and providing information and feedback for process improvements within the organization.
Drive Compliance across markets:-
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and laws and regulations, for multiple markets by implementing and monitoring loss prevention (shrink, damages and expiry), safety, and compliance controls;
- Overseeing safety, operational, and quality assurance routines;
- Developing and implementing action plans; and providing direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives.

- Implements and models member service standards ensuring unbeatable excellence in store standards;
- Understanding unique needs of members;
- Ensuring enhanced member experience for the business area;
- Creating an environment to set excellent member service expectations that are aligned with member needs and expectations and company goals.

- Ensures competitive talent for multiple markets by championing company human resources initiatives;
- Addressing new business needs or anticipated turnover;

- Ensuring talent pipeline; and guiding the leadership development process.
Strategic Partnership:-
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives;
- Engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

- Analyzes new real estate sites by partnering with Real Estate managers;
- Researching factors determining successful store operations;
- Performing ad hoc analyses related to relationship of trade area demographics to store sales and profit results; recommending sales, margin, and expenses to Operations.
