Manager- Statutory/ External Audit Profile+must have Team Handling exp

Job Profile :

- Responsible for a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates

- Work closely with Global team to transition new engagements and services for maintaining highest levels of quality of service

- Proactively discuss work flow management with the audit teams, allocating resources to the assigned work and monitoring performance against standards. Monitor utilization for ones team, budget to actuals, and other operational matters.

- Planning, execute and managing the team to get the desired results.

- Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high quality work.

- Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.

- Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients.

- Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills.

Desired candidate profile :

- Looking out for Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, CPA, ACCA)

- Must have a strong Team management, Project management, Client Management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills

- Minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience with either

- Mid-or top-tier accounting firm, focused on external or statutory audits

- MNC or larger domestic Indian companies, preferably within a Shared Service Environment.

- Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards.

- Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and International auditing standards is an advantage
