Roles & Responsibilities -
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training
- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships
- Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
- Assurance Review of the financial statements
- Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
- Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards
- Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members
- Work under strict timelines and at client locations
