Manager - Statutory Audit - CA - Big 4

Job Responsibilities

- Audits as required under relevant local statutes (including but not limited to statutory audits under Indian Companies Act, audits under Indian Income Tax Act, audit for the purpose of group reporting, tax audits etc)

- Conversion of financial statements for international reporting in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP & other international GAAPs

- Creating and managing good independent relationships with client's senior management.

- Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.

- Create a climate of high performance in the team.

- Provides real-time constructive feedback to team members.

- Participate in development of training programme and delivery of training

Desired profile

Education / Experience:

- Qualified CA 2007 till 2010 pass out with 5-7 yrs into Statutory audit / External Audit.

- Team Management Experience is must.
