Manager - Statutory Audit/Assurance - CA - Big4

Opportunity at Manager Level in Assurance Profile with a Leading Big 4 in Gurgaon & Bangalore.

www.spectral.in is hiring for one of the Leading BIG 4 in Gurgaon location. We are on Look out for Qualified CAs/ACCAs/CPAs with relevant experience in statutory audit/ Assurance profile along with strong people management skills.

Designation: Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- As a Manager one will be responsible for multiple client deliverables relating to assurances services.

- Required to possess strong leadership abilities, inter-personal skills, business and proposal development skills and excellent acumen of client business

- Creating and managing good independent relationships with client's senior management.

- Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.

- Provide perspective to clients on trends and emerging practices in the local and global market in relation to client's operations.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand macro and strategic issues on the client assignment, with guidance from the Partner

- Delegate work to team members. Monitor and review delegated work at suitable milestones.

- Demonstrates expert level of technical knowledge across GAAPs i.e. Indian, IFRS, US (preferable) etc

- Possesses a thorough understanding of Global Audit Methodology and effectively applying them to engagements.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA/ CPA with 5-7 years post-qualification experience in statutory audits under Indian GAAP.

- Excellent project management skills with extensive statutory audit experience.

- Should have handled independent multiple audits, accountability & responsibility

- Good exposure in IFRS and US GAAP preferably from Big 4.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Open to travel (Upto 20-30%)
