a) Qualifications
Graduation/ Post Graduation - MBA finance/ Marketing
Life insurance diploma courses/certification preferred
- Smoothly execute all operational processes within TAT and efficiency metrics, Collection of renewal premiums from existing customers Ensure quality of existing and new business, minimize business risk
- Branch Monetization
- Renewal collection - Manage and Ensure timely renewal collection of the issued policies within framed timeline
- LAIP- Loan Against ULIP - Plan Customer retention basis pitching loan facility on their policy with the company
- Lead conversion (S2S) - Ensure conversion of walk-in & Orphan customers mapped to the respective branch with the support of S2S team members
- Digitalization
- Diligently drive I Manage - Application across the territory
- Online Mandate & Payments - Execute digitization as per the company requirement and maximizing collections and renewals through the online process
- Customer Relationship Management
- Surrender retention - Ensuring and planning continuation of long term customers by pitching new products
- HHID Visit and Top IC visit- Plan and monitor frequent visits with customers to build relationship with customers to retain
- Governance
- New business process adherence - As per the compliance matrix
- Policy servicing & process adherence - Plan and execute the timely servicing the walking customers at the branch
- Audit issues clearance - Monitor, Observe and clearance of audit issues basis compliance matrix
- Branch Visit adherence - Ensure timely resolution of issues and extended support if require to all branches within the territory
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead meetings with critical stakeholders to manage escalations
- Collaborate and Propose resolution on critical matters to the stakeholders
- Conduct reviews on Monthly/ weekly basis with the stakeholders
- Manager Customer Base score
- Team development
- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the function
- Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performance
- Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge
- Plan, analyze and manage attrition for the state.
