1. Handling of all Warranty Systems.

2. Provide support to dealer network whenever required.

3. Co-ordinate the development with vendors. In-house development may be required at times.

4. Co-ordinate with HQ’s with regards to raising a new change request and follow up

5. Act as a administrator for all warranty systems

6. Timely resolution of all systems related concerns in line with Brand KPI’s

7. Provide support to Regionals WPRC’s for handhelds, routers and other devices in place.

CTC: Between 10 to 20 lacs
