Manager/Sr Manager - Transfer Pricing

Minimum years: 5-6 yrs exp in Global Transfer pricing

Job Description

As Transfer pricing professional you would be responsible for:

1. Transfer Pricing Planning & Structuring: Setting up the pricing policy and the business models for overseas related party transactions of clients.

2. Transfer Pricing Documentation: Identification of the international transactions entered into by group entities and preparation of Form 3CEB based on the same.

3. Handling Transfer Pricing Assessments.

4. Preparing Submission before CIT(Appeals)& Income Tax Appellate Tribunal related to Transfer Pricing.

5. Handle Mutual Agreement Application with respect to Transfer Pricing.

6. The work profile involves handling assignments from across sectors.

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

1. Must have prior work experience in pricing and documenting intercompany loans and guarantees from TP perspective

2. Must have working level experience on handling databases like Bloomberg, loan transaction databases and credit rating tools

3. Should be experienced in handling assessment proceedings [i.e., drafting submissions before the Revenue authorities and representing clients before TPOs and/or DRP/CIT(A)]
