The Staffing Manager / Sr. Manager will ensure that recruitment strategies are properly implemented and one of the key challenges will be to ensure that with the on-going growth in the business, the right organization capabilities, building a robust model of sourcing, assessing and on-boarding candidates which caters to the various functions. Should meet the global standards, specified timelines, cost and quality.
Scope & Responsibilities:
Manpower Delivery:
- Strategically hire the best available talent within the agreed timelines.
Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring. Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Campus and reduce Vendor dependency.
- Launch of aggressive and Innovative Referral policy.
Vendor Management: Ensure that all vendors adhere to the company recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework. Design and implement vendor evaluation methodology.
Internal Job Postings:
- Responsible to manage end-to-end IJP Process
- Circulation of communication on IJP movements
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business for on-time delivery
- Build a strong relationship with the customers externally and internally and create recruitment functions credibility

Ensure a robust recruitment process governance in line with :
- Global standards.
- Business Need
- Local Legislation
- Brand Positioning
- Be an ambassador and a custodian of company's reputation while interacting with various sourcing channels
- Introduction of branding techniques to tab a wider pool of talent
- Provide best of class candidate and customer experience.
Technology:
- Leverage existing Technology & introduction of new technology in the recruiting process.
- Health check of recruitment function - Ensure timely production of various MI reports to all the stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts hiring
- At least 4 years of management experience
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Experience working in multi-national companies
Education:
- An MBA degree is required.
