Job Title:Manager/ Sr. Manager- Security

Age : 45-55 Years

Responsibilities:

- Managing complete security of the unit and maintaining the estate.

- Formulating strategic plans to enhance operations; implementing strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resource utilization and obtain high security standard all the time.

- Maintaining discipline at site, creating strong security interface and monitoring mechanism.

- Provide security leadership and innovative solutions to critical issues that influence the safety & security of employees/ business.

- Formulate and implement security and safety policies, processes and protocols to protect the organization's physical & intellectual assets and to prevent losses.

- Monitor administrative functions pertaining to security.

- Initiating Standard Operating Procedures successfully across the unit.

- Maintains close liaison with the Company providing the Security Unit.

Qualifications:

- Retired Army Personnel - Colonel/Lt. Col Cadre is a must.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Should have good command on Computer, Good written & verbal communication.

- High level of maturity, leadership skill etc.
