No of Positions: 3 (1 in Corporate Office and 1 on Each Sites)

Corporate Office: Andheri East

Site: Goregaon, Mulund

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

The role is responsible for overall centralized sales support in terms of design and supervision of partners (i.e. brokers, property consultants), incentive plans for sales team, sales training, MIS as well as overseeing the national call centre for customer leads and customer query management.

Key Accountabilities

- Timeliness and Accuracy of sales data

- Quality of analysis

- Monitor Sales receivables collections and active follow-ups

- Oversee national call centre – presales & post sales

- Productivity of sales admin team

- No. of sales training mandays delivered

- ROI of training

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Strategic

- To conceptualize & identify opportunities to create and implement customer delight

- To ensure effective management of leads to maximize sales

- To drive training & developments for the sales force in line with the sales strategy

- To ensure overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction and achievement of sales revenue & collection targets

Operational

- To monitor the activities of the National call centre to ensure effective management of leads to maximize sales and to ensure post sales customer management

- To provide inputs to management based on MIS data and customer requirement & feedback

- To contribute to the overall standardization of data, formats and MIS

- To define and monitor SLA’s for centralized, regional and project customer service staff and ensure their productivity

- To ensure overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction and achievement of sales revenue & collection targets

Sales Incentives

- To design and develop incentive plans for the sales force

- To ensure an effective tracking mechanism of sales for timely incentive pay-outs

Sales Planning

- To monitor the data warehousing & analysis and provide these inputs to key stakeholders for further planning

- To identify key trends based on data and provide perspective on the same through in-depth analysis

Support to sales

- To ensure prompt responsiveness by sales admin on enquires (viz. customer calls, emails, walk-ins and other correspondence) so as to maximize sales conversions

- To monitor sales collections and ensure regular follow-up & sending demand notices for the same – to red flag issues if any to the Head Sales support and to Regional Sales Heads

Training

- To own and drive the Capability building agenda for the sales force

- To identify T&D needs as part of Sales & Distribution strategy, assess the gaps and conceptualize Capability building programs

- To coach Regional Trainers on training execution, development of modules

- To set up robust measurement systems to measure the ROI

Customer Service

- To address and manage escalated customer queries

- To ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all customer related records and ensure the database is centrally managed

Partners

- To design and oversee partner (i.e. brokers, property consultants) related schemes and policies

Developmental

- Participate in recruitment of appropriate talent in line with approvals for work area

- Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning

Internal & External Interactions

Internal: Head Marketing & Sales, Head Sales, Head Sales Support,

External: Customers, Banks, Law firms, Local authorities
