We have a position open for with one of Client in Hyderabad for a Manager / Sr. Manager - Recruitment

Looking for a person who is having experience in

- Manage recruitment process

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting
sources

Manage the recruiting/hiring process, which includes:

- Create job descriptions

- Source candidates for respective industry/service areas/functions

- Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads

- Create/place/update job postings

- Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the manager level.

- Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules

- Resolve open issues employee referrals

- Negotiation with both candidates and client service professionals

- Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

Domain - Consulting - Mandatory

Shift Timings - 9 am to 6 pm - Stretch when required

Exp -10 to 14 yrs

Education - MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes

Location - Hyderabad
