Qualification: M.Sc/Phd -Plant Breeding / Genetics

Job Relevant Experience: 10 to 15 years

Job Description:

- Having min 10 yrs of experience in rice device breeding strategies.

- Having connections with people at research centres.

- Good “PR” skills.

- Ability to absorb new technologies and steer our breeding towards the same.

- Ability to negotiate with international agencies for collaborative work Hands on and down to earth.

- Knows how to balance delegation and when to get into the heat and complete his job.

- Knowledge on Hybrid Rice development and its production techniques.

Job Skills:

- Ability to plan and execute new projects

- Inherent capability to work in rural areas.

- Travel extensively

- Computer Savvy.

Preferred Candidate : Candidate should have 10 yrs prior experience in similar domain.
