About Our Client :

Our client, a leading insurance firm is looking to expand their quality team. They are looking for seasoned professionals with significant experience in driving high impact six sigma projects to support and enhance their operations within India.

Job Description:

Reporting into the quality lead, you would be responsible for:

- Driving six sigma projects that would have significant impact on the organization

- Conducting quality & business excellence audits

- Identifying process improvement opportunities and carry out high impact six sigma projects

- Supporting the implementation of a strong project management system

The Successful Applicant:

You should be a Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in driving high impact six sigma projects. People with prior experience of driving improvement projects in the insurance industry shall be preferred. In addition you should have exemplary communication and team management skills and have experience in process documentation and process audits.

Sound knowledge of the insurance sector is a must.
